When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the details you type into the form. That means your name and email address, and where you choose to give them, your phone number, your travel dates, the size of your party, the vehicle you are interested in and any notes you add. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
We use it to answer you, to check availability for your dates, and to arrange a rental if you decide to go ahead. Nothing more.
Enquiries are delivered by email to Luxe Leisure through Resend, an email delivery service, and arrive in our business inbox. The site is hosted on Vercel, which records anonymous, aggregate visit statistics such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors are in the world. Those statistics do not identify you.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not pass it to anyone who is not directly involved in arranging your rental.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. If you would like your details removed, write to us and we will delete them.
