Sending an enquiry through this website does not reserve a vehicle. A reservation exists once we have confirmed it with you in writing and any deposit we ask for has been paid. Until then the vehicle remains available to others.
Every driver must hold a valid driver's licence, meet our minimum age requirement, and be named on the rental agreement before taking the keys. Anyone not named on the agreement is not permitted to drive the vehicle.
Insurance requirements are confirmed with you before the rental begins and form part of the rental agreement. Vehicles booked through Turo are covered by the protection plan you select on Turo, under Turo's own terms.
We deliver to and collect from addresses across Southwest Florida, and we agree the place and the window with you in advance. If nobody is available at the agreed time, we will do our best to rearrange, though a further visit may carry a charge.
Vehicles go out detailed and are expected back in reasonable condition. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. You are responsible for tolls, fines and parking penalties incurred during your rental, and for damage beyond ordinary wear.
Plans change and we would rather hear early. Cancellation terms are set out in your rental agreement and depend on how close to the rental you cancel. If we ever have to cancel on you, we will say so promptly and refund what you have paid.
Rates and availability shown on this website or quoted in an enquiry are indicative until confirmed in writing. Season, duration and the vehicle you choose all affect the final figure.
